What’s included with DT-200A and DT-200D? Both include an IP phone unit, handset and cord, Ethernet cable, stand, optional power adapter, and screwdriver.

Do both models use a SIM card? Yes — each uses a Nano-SIM card for 4 G service.

What networks do they support? DT-200A supports VoLTE voice + data; DT-200D supports 4G data for VoIP

How do I insert the SIM? Remove two screws, open the SIM cover, insert the Nano-SIM correctly, and close the cover.

Do they both have Wi-Fi? Yes — both model have built-in Wi-Fi as secondary connection.

What’s the default network mode? DHCP is enabled by default on both models.

How do I power the phone? Use the supplied power adapter.

Do they have a battery? Yes — 2000 mAh backup (≈ 1-2 hours standby / 45 min talk).

How do I mount the phone on a desk? Attach the stand and angle lock as shown in the installation guide.

How do I log in to the web interface? Find the IP address → enter it in a browser → username admin / password admin.
